all done its been a real pig to do the bottom race to get in was a pig I'm sure that marksman bearing racers are bigger than original, had to use a piece or wet & dry to carefully rub it down slightly. Then it finally went in. Top one is fairly easy even made me own press, a whack with a hammer and old race inside socket did it in the end.
Took the stem to a garage around the corner to get cage removed and bearing pressed that did for a £5..even they had problems getting bearing on had to rub down stem with a piece of emery cloth.

I used marksman stuff and had no probs sometimes tolerances must vary least you know they won't fall off :)
