10.5 front, 9.5 rear Off the top of my head but can check the manual later.

Thanks mate I am the second owner of my bike the rear shock was 85 n/m and its way to stiff for my weight (70kg) fully loaded and tho front is way to hard as well even with all preload dialed out on both front and back

Hi Jim the manual tells me spring length and settings but I can not find any Information on the spring weights in it
