Long story short....i lost my sidestand spring! (Gen1 RSV).
I've seen you can buy generic side stand springs but don't fancy it falling down around a left hander. Where's best to buy one? Ebay looks to be a whole sidestand or nowt. Any thoughts on where to find one?

If you still have the UK spec sidestand take it as an omen to swap it out for the US spec version. Much more secure and safer. - I'm nothing if not predictable!

Thanks, yes AP Workshops was my first port of call but couldn't see anything obvious on the site (can't imagine many people lose their springs to honest!).
Good shout on the upgrade to a US spec version.
I had thought of Fowlers parts as a last resort. Unless anyone has one laying around that is. |
