Could you guys suggest what a dealer would charge for a service without the oil and fluid change or the chain and sprocket as I can do that on my own. Looking to get tappets etc. adjusted.

£250 - £300 for a valve service normally.
if they need adjusting the labour is much greater than just checking them because the cams have to come out.

Cool Will give my local dealer a shout see if they will give me a price. The £300 mark was what I was expecting, I guess most of that is getting in about the cams and what not.

Changed the oil today, even doing everything in the manual to the letter, drain plugs, engine oil fiter clean and replace the filters, etc. took about the same time as the bandit.
