Hi Guys
What is the best quick shifter to fit to a RSV1000r 2007 model. I looked on the HM website but they do not seem to supply one for anything other than the RSV4 I am thinking maybe a dyno jet linear push type to go with my power commander? Thanks in advance Marnie

Dynojet, cordona, translogic are all good, if you don't have rearsets they are a little more awkward to fit but there are a few on here that have fitted them without rearsets who could help you.

Hi thanks for your reply 426hemi,im looking to use the standard foot rests and I noticed a guy used a dyno jet linear quick shift and connected it to the standard gear lever and one of the casing bolt holes.Has anyone actually done this and does it work ok?Also mines is a 2007 RSVR mille running a PCV does anyone have a quick shift for sale or could give me a part number so I can try and source one.Someone has suggested a Dyno Jet 4-114 but I am unsure if this is accurate.

Yep you connect to the original lever, my original linear translogic was and worked fine, some levers are slotted and some are not so need drilling as for part numbers someone will be along soon with that.

I had one on my gen 2 factory before fitting the strain type with Griff's rear sets, mine had a pc3 usb just plugged straight into the pc, can't remember the quickshifter part number though, shouldn't be to hard to find out though

I have a HM quickshifter on my gen 2 Tuono, it was second hand off ebay and was fitted onto a CB1000 naked Hornet thing. It was the one that is generic though and can go on any bike with a pc3 or pc5, you just need the correct length shift rod.
