I haven't looked to confirm but I don't think L plates status users have access to pm's and various other areas, posting in "for sale" etc.
I think you might be able to receive and not send them or something like that.

Yep, 10 post > gets you to moto3 status which has no restrictions. It's basically to stop sellers, spammers etc just joining to use the site as a cheap form of ebay and nothing else.

Hi Spooky. I just checked and Pm's are deffo off for L plates so not sure how it worked unless it's different on mobile devices or something. I Will upgrade Farney to Moto3 status which should solve the issue.
