hi fellas  im back after a couple of years cos i went jap after my mille .  im going to look at an rsv4 at the weekend  i found out of the owner that it was bought by him in germany and brought over here  he assures me it is full uk spec after having a few things changed at a dealers over here  clocks were mentioned from kph to mph dont know wether he had to change the speedo drive aswell  does anyone know anything about imported ones from germany

Same bike apart fromt the headlights. All speedo's switch between mph/kmh regardless of country.
Listen very carefully to the motor. If it's clattery i would walk away.

thanks  had managed to get the frame number of the seller to find out what i can and it turns out the warranty hasnt been registered by the dealer in germany so any problems would not be fixed

sounds like an ex track bike or a very slack dealer.

Sounds like the guy from Leicester that breaks bikes?? Would this be off fleabay by any chance?
