Hi all,

Got back from a ride the other day to find my right rear indicator hanging on my exhaust, broken mount (or the screw vibrated loose .. not sure) and melted wiring.

There is some sort of tail tidy on there, can put up pics if you like, but it is basically a number plate mount and two brackets for the indicators.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to get a new tail tidy to fit number plate and indicators, or an alternative way to mount indicators that they know of :)

Occasionally an Evolusione one will turn up on e-bay, plus other alternatives. They are out there, I sold one last month.

Or if you're feeling rich there's this one:  http://www.123bp.net/shop/item.asp?itemid=4" rel="nofollow - http://www.123bp.net/shop/item.asp?itemid=4

Or.... a couple of right angle brackets from a DIY shop for a few pence. Paint them black, bolt them on, add plate.

Odd that your indicator fell off, it should be held in place with a screw and a nylock nut that won't rattle loose.

Thanks for the links! I eventually found one through Abbey Motorcycles (breakers). £38 delivered, proper factory one :) Very pleased. Not really sure why mine was replaced in the first place, the original one doesn't even look that bad!

The indicator didn't fall off, the actual aftermarket mount snapped. It was just a bent piece of metal basically, with places to screw indicators on and numberplate. Metal was pretty brittle by the looks of it .. so yeah .. over time seems to have just snapped off.
