How do I lock the crank so I can undo the flywheel bolt?  I believe you do something on the clutch side with an M8 bolt?

Can anyone clarify what has to be done to lock the crank in place?  I'm forward planning so I can get the sprag replaced as a caution due to milage.  I'm dont really want to take the clutch cover off as well!

Cheers me dears!!

there's a very good step by step on an american site for the M8x100 bolt its located on the opposing crank side next to the oil pressure sensor on the left.
you have to insert the bolt then set to TDC via rocking to flywheel side untill the bolt locates through the crank to hold it in place my mate has just done his
would have posted some pic's only aint got my upload pic site sorted yet theres a fair bit about it on the tintterweb
