Shut down, Efi/Kickstand/Rpm light ON.

So bike shut down driving yesterday, EFI/Kickstand and Rpm light is solid on.
So tried to start again, nothing. It was not even priming, the fuel pump that is.
So pushed her home, lucky most downhill...... 😁

Once home, start with the simplest first, basic right?
Check fuses 30amp, all ok.
Sooo, well lights ok, brake, high/low, horn eyy ok.

So following power from ignition switch. Power every where, but to starter relay.
Aaaah aux fuses, well power on all but, these:
+12 Under ign.switch
Starter relay
Fuel inject. Relay.

So the fuel relay in the rear, has two large Orange wires going to front aux fuses.
Since there was power to the relay and not the fuse, and power to the relay comes from different wires in the loom. I switched out relay, and voilaa. We had lift off.

Thank god i had the wiring diagram, and read alot here😁

Well started and ....... boom EFI light. Dammn son...

So went for a drive on the duke, and suddenly i remebered, forgot to hook up the air sensor up front.

Well all good now and posted this in case someone, has troubles.

Thanks to all guys on the forum......

Drive safe

Good work and a top tip

I’ve done similar with switches, not realising I’d pulled the fuel pump plug apart in lifting the tank before.  A few of us have I should think 🤭
