What's the best oil to use in an 05 factory RSVR?

Its low mileage (8000) and doesn't get used much but needs it done.

Any info is appreciated.

I use Putoline Sport 4 20/50 in mine , never had any problems ,change filter too every time .check if it is a long or short filter , “0” ring comes separate, others will be along shortly with different types of oil they use good luck don’t overfill oil tank as it will end up in the air box , good luck

numerous types usually 15/50 or 10/40 semi synthetic, or as snowman uses as they are all ok.
