The actual flywheel rotor? If so yes on a gen 1. Not easy. Need the correct puller and plenty of heat. And I'm not joking plenty of heat and a good pair of heat proof gloves to hold it as it pops off so it doesn't hit the ground. ------------- If its not broken then fix it until it is |

Had to change my sprag which required removing the rotor. Also advise using the correct loctite fluid when reinstalling it too. ------------- If its not broken then fix it until it is |

The Gen1 flywheel weight is riveted on and also acts as a spacer. So you would have to first drill out the rivets and secondly replace it with something to keep the spacing the same. I did remove mine on a Gen2, but it only made a small difference and the bike did stall a little easier so I put it back on.
