There is no general site issue re posting.
 
If you have no cursor in the reply window and use IE 11 switch to compatability view for the site. The post window uses a Rich text editor which Microsoft in their wisdom messed up support for in IE11 but compatability view supports it.

In IE (internet Explorer) select tools, (cog symbol) and compatability view settings
 
 
 
add rsvr.net to the website list
 
 
rsvr.net should then appear in the list of sites
 
 
If you have the browser set to delete your browsing history on exit you will likely loose the compatability view settings as well so worth turning that off.
