As i mentioned there is nothing to set.

Every user has exactly the same permissions for everything message related hard coded into the software, even admin.  The sql database is on a seperate server altogether to the front end and we have no access to that whatsoever. It is entirely third party controlled currently. Although there was talk of it being moved to a more in house server.

Web wiz also has minimal support for mobile devices, in fact non at all until this version (10xxx). If it's just your account the only thing we can do is delete and re create it. If it's general for mobile devices (never tried it to know) then we are stuck with it really.

I sent a bug a report to web wiz and got an instant reply.

Apparantly it's a known bug and will be fixed in future releases as more mobile support is added but when using a mobile you need to switch to classic view to have permissions to view the outbox.

Apparantly there is an option for mobile/classic view at the bottom of the page. (not tried it to check)

you need to switch to classic view to have permissions to view the outbox.

And being right even a little bit is the only bit I'm bothered about ;) LOL

The view wouldn't / shouldn't really make a difference I think

The mobile view uses different asp pages. It's a coding error calling a non existant sub menu routine. The browser interprets it as a permissions error because the request is denied.
