It's much worse than that.
It was a staged event for a safety campaign. The riders knew they would be stopped and hence why they had bikes fitted with cameras for the event. As the riders were paid to be there and knew they were going to be stopped (might even have been traffic police riders), i think the crashing rider was a cock of the highest order and lucky not to kill someone. |

Well you can't really fault Plod can you? The first & third bikes stopped quite safely,god knows what the knob head on bike two was daydreaming about just before he re joined Planet Earth.
He was lucky not to take out Plod and a camera man after bouncing off his mates bike. |
