Anyone got an idea of seat height adjustment available from moving the lower Ohlins eye end from full out to full in?
Getting fed up of being on tip toes at a stand still (and I'm about 5'10").
People say I don't know Jack Sh1t; but I do, he lives next door.

10mm for sachs shocks and 15mm for ohlins. If you want more you will need to get lowering links.
