Hi, my first post so I thought I’d introduce myself and bike. It’s a Factory RSV with 11k.. It has the carbon Akras but also comes with the oe cans and baffles for the Akrapovics. I have had a twin before, Ducati 916 and Suzuki TL-R, but this is my first Aprilia

Looks great! And the FireBlade looks good too - I have a 1996 'Blade as well as my Aprilia. That looks like a 98/99 model?

Thanks.. yep, it’s a ‘99 RRX Blade which I’m slowly restoring. A great bike, but my heart is taken with the Aprilia right now

That’s good to know.. I live literally around the corner from Raceways Motorcycles in Stevenage, so can always get an opinion..pre mot
I don’t think they’re excessively loud, not like some stubby cans are.. Bring on the decent weather ![]() |

Lovely couple of bikes! The Ape looks stunning - black Akras to boot - a real stealth bike! Happy riding.

I'm guessing that a chap with a carpeted garage has a very tidy lawn - we may need to see some pictures of that as well.

Just eBay Danny... think I paid £40 for each. I’m a bit of a garage tart, so just finishes the look
