Hi guys and gals, just joined the forum so thought I would post a bit of info above myself.
Purchased a 2007 tuono 1000r, it's my first Aprilia, had a MV before but a slight mishap put paid to that.
At 70 yrs young should know better, but what the he'll were only here once.
Just trying to sort out how to post a pic, when I do I will put one up of the bike. All the best John

Hi John and welcome in

Best advice you can find on here even if there is not much traffic these days. Get your head around the search menu and you will find every single thing you need about these fantastic machines

Look forward to seeing your bike and drive/garage/weeds etc.Plenty of things to check and easy mods should you take that direction.

Be safe

Thanks badapple, got a few mods in mind to do. Updated cables, battery etc, clutch jet definitely going to do. Sometimes a swine to get into neutral, but all only little things so no problem.

Clutch jet should be fine John.

Maybe give it a bleed but they are never super easy to get in neutral. Even my 2020 Tuono has a clutch cable and that’s no easier than any of the v twins I’ve had. Second gear then neutral is easiest way.

You already have the 150amp solenoid so just the cables and check what battery you have. Test the charging system see what you have going on
