I have two Alfa's one is a diesel GT and the other is an old Spider, as well as the factory Tuono.
Don't have many issues with any of 'em.

cheers guys.  Certanly turns heads.   Bike of the month? is that on here.....that would certainly make me a little proud haha.

My Alfa has been as reliable as my old e34 beemer.  Lots of soul and character, which i'm starting to feel on the Ape.

Paint scheme, well, at the moment I still like it ;o)

So, so far the clip-ons have bruised hell out of my hands, curiously just under the thumb on my palm...the rear brake is just for show!! the mirrors are for vanity when stopped and the battery seems to be flat when I wanted to go for a spin today.  Just a few things to iron out.....but, but, but...don't they pull out of bends well hahahaaaaa whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

Basically, she's Italian through and through.  The ride is hard as fook, obviously she has ohlins on here, noticed the forks have 5 segments showing from the top....hand book has a lot of workings hand written in it for set up.  I haven't done anything yet suspension wise.  Bloody roads are in a god awful state here and she sure likes squirming on the sh*t surface.

So I've been reading and thanks for all the posts and advice, new battery, possibly solenoid, rs125 mirrors and a duke 748 master cylinder....

Right gave the rear hugger a quick paint today...kept looking at it and thinking its letting the bike down...Its not perfect but should be ok till the winter.

Also, it would appear your not allowed to own a nice shiny bike for long till some T**t keys it!!!!!!

Took the Ape into SBS in lancing to have the TB balanced today.  The gas analyser plugs were seized so he did it too ear for now.  Runs smoother which is nice.  Gonna get them out tomorrow so he can do it properly.  He recomended a 16 tooth front sprocket....any views on this?
