morning all i would like some suggestions my 05 1050 speed triple failed mot no low beam i have high beam and side lights i changed the bulbs checked fuses handle bar switch checked wires coming from lights forgot to swap relay i thought if the bulb is double filament if low beam has gone so would high

Yes

Only half a filament can blow on bulbs. Have you checked the bulb are you saying? I’d use a multimeter to ensure power is getting to the bulbs if the bulbs are sound. Just use the bulb connector as the point to check with the multimeter

If ok once bulb placed I would check the charging rate to battery just in case overcharging has blown them as this happened to me on a car once , all good after I replaced the alternator as rectifier was gone and it had boiled the battery dry , just a thought ?
