Legs too long for a Tuono?

   The distance between my knee and my foot means I find it awkward to use the foot pedals on the Tuono I am looking to buy. I can't get my knee under the ridge where the tank narrows and use the foot controls, it means I have to stick my knees out and bend my ankles in the use them. Can anyone recommend any mods?

I've been looking at "04 RSV Rear Sets - extended gear/brake lever peg ACULIGN" available through this site. It says they are for use with OEM. What does all this mean? Will they fit a 2005 Tuono? Will they help get around having stupid long legs?
