You need to give a bit more info. 

What is the charge rate, is it low or nothing at all.  What have you tried, is the battery knackered etc and what year bike etc.  Assuming you know the batt is ok, if it’s a gen2, check the stator output as that’s a known weak point.  Plenty of posts on here about checking it but essentially measure in pairs the 3 yellow wires from the stator using a meter on the ac volts setting at about 4K rpm

If it’s a gen1 check all the connectors relating to the charging circuit for melting etc. stator failures are less common but not unkown.

Hi mate thank you for the reply and the info a mate is coming over with a multi meter to check it over the battery is new and fully charged and the brown 3 wire plug isn't melted luckily so we will see what he can sort but again thank you
