this one for everyone else wondering

It's a GT500 engine in a GSX frame with NC29 running gear. Still doing a lot of cutting & welding at the moment.

My line manager at work, builds 2 stroke projects too. His last one, a Yamaha engine in an Aprilia RS frame, was featured in Practical Sportsbike a few months ago. He does hiwn nickel plating and powder coating, as well as painting them himself. He also does all his own fabrication.

Been doing lots of welding so the frames finished inc modifying the down tubes around the exhausts & making new mounts for the rear sets.
Doing the under tray at the moment which will also hold the battery.

Hi Mike
My blue hybrid was in PB a couple of years ago, seems a lot of 2 stroke riders have Aprilia's as well.
This one is booked in with Kenny (TSA) in the middle of Feb to have the exhausts fabricated Big smile More porn for nickyboy to wank over LOL

Seat didn't fit that well before I cut the plastic seat pan & re-upholstered it Embarrassed

Mine's off having the pipes made at the moment, then I can tear it down & start the build proper.
