Hi All

I know this subject has been covered many times but has anyone fitted a NOCO NLP14 Lithium battery ? Bike is a Tuono Gen2 with uprated cables and solenoid have always fitted lead acid but they just don't seem to last and most only come with a 1 year warranty.

Thanks

Steve

Not a NOCO, but I've had a Shido lithium fitted for at least 3 years now, still going strong on my Gen 1 Tuono.
Worth checking your charging rate at the battery terminals while you're at it. When I checked mine it was kicking out a max of 13.5v @ 5k rpm. I fitted a used Honda shindengen and wired it directly to the battery (fused +ve), now producing 14.4v @5k. If you're fitting a lithium you need to check the charge rate as well to ensure it's not charging over about 14.5v or it knackers the battery apparently.

People say I don't know Jack Sh1t; but I do, he lives next door.
