Hi there, I'm very new at this but here goes. The other day I left my 2004 factory in my garden with the key in and the lights on( you dont have to say it I already feel bad enough). Since this I cannot get it to start. The battery has been on an optimate for two days to no avail. When I try and start it there are just clicking noises and the alarm goes off. All the clock lights come on and then dissappear when I try and start it. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers all

I had the same problem and after checking the usual stupid things (left in gear, sidestand switch, fuses...) I had the battery checked and it was knackered. A new battery fixed it
RSV batteries are very weak (I'm on my 3rd after 18 months), so best to always keep it on charge (and avoid leaving the lights on!)
