   If anyone is interested the tickets  for October are online now at the Autodrome Algarve website, i've just ordered  the weekend main grandstand, paddock pass, and pitlane walk for €65( about £59 i think)  the lot   this price is early booking and will increase by 30% from July,  

In fact i've just organised a trip for 3 of us, flights ex leeds,  4* hotel ( single rooms) , a very decent hire car and the tickets for £408 each.  compare this to the £550 quid that the travel agents are asking for the same package and i think i've done a good job.

This  will be the 3rd time i've booked Portimao, if you've not been there  it is a shining example of how a race weekend should be run, Sun,  fantastic grandstands,  tons of  tarmac car parking a mental fast track,  great paddock, no rip off concessions, and God Forbid ! they even have hundreds of clean toilets . ( note to the bloke who owns Donington - go and learn from them )

if your a Superbike fan this is the one to do , and if you can stay on 'till tuesday the practice sessions start when the riders play musical bikes as they shift teams and manufacturers for the 2012 season
