your charging problems

 

1 The loom on these bikes between the above mentioned and battery is enough to go around the world we are for certain at some stage in the near future to have a problem with charging.

 

2 The resistance is going to be a lot weaker and using all those block connectors between of those points are going to make the resistance even weaker.

 

3 Take a closer look at Japanese bikes and see how short the looms they use and note the lack of block connectors and the thickness of the loom

 

4. So this is why you have badly designed electrics that will guarantee sometime in the future will fail, consider yourself lucky in fact very lucky not to encounter a problem yet. 

bloody thing had starting charging issue , so decided not to risk it, mate went ahead called AA bloke after telling him what to do got it going, so went home , sort it later checked charge with multi volt tester after fiddling around got 13.4 13.5 on ticker over on board way out reading 12.8
