I'm toying with upgrading to an accossato radial clutch master cylinder on my gen 2 tuono, I'm currently running the stock slave cylinder, but am unsure whether to go for the adjustable ratio one or to go for the 16/16 or 16/18...anybody have any ideas on which is best?

What's different /better about the Accossato's compared with say the RCS Brembo's?

I notice quite a few people are fitting them these days

Griff fitted the brembo last year at the Scottish service day  and it is  great -
I am fairly sure it is a 16/18 but would have to check
it lightened up the whole system loads

Thinking I will probably just get the 16/16 then, that's what I was leaning towards anyway so thanks guys.

When I last looked both makes more about £190- £210 depending on where they came from and what postage.

I wondered if it was something to do with spares availability given Brembo's reluctance in that direction

Just found this

I had seen that Ian, it did make me think before I went for my brake master cylinder but it was on offer when I got it and I really wanted the integrated reservoir that comes with the Accossato.... I'm well happy with its performance so just have to hope it stays crash free🙏, it is daft not to offer any kind of repair/service back up though.

I suppose if you have folding levers anyway any crash that still causes damage means new cylinders are the least of your worries Confused

Hopefully you'll never need any spares

Well the speed I go on trackdays should mean I'm reasonably safe from crashing

did you need to change your brake lines??
I have heard the connection is in a different place/angle on the Accossato Master

Yes, the standard lines don't fit the new master, not on a Tuono anyway, the fitment on the Accossato Master is underneath whereas on the Tuono brembo it's on the end and the 90 degree fitting on the standard lines doesn't fit.
