Is this upside down?!

   Hi all,
I took my gen 2 factory for new fork seals a while back.

When back in the bike I noticed the left pre load blue nut kept popping up when riding.

I took it back to the garage and they had another go.
It didn’t work.

I’ve just taken them apart and both seem to have the collar on upside down if I compare to a few YouTube vids.

Are they on upside down?

	Not sure what you mean by collar but nothing jumps out as wrong in the picture. If the preload adjuster is moving, i can only think that something is missing/broken/not tight in the cap itself.
