Hi all
Hope everyone is getting some miles under their belts now that the restrictions have been lifted. My question is ...... For my mot I had to adjust one of the throttle cables as the bike was picking up revs on full L/H lock. There was no adjustment to be had at the twist grip so I gave the cable some slack under the tank. Since then the bike doesn't pick up smoothly between idle an 2500 rpm. The idle itself is regular and higher revs are ok it's just the low revs cause spluttering and make pulling out of junctions interesting. Any help appreciated. M.D.

Not sure they are 100% linked. Check the obvious, vac lines, connectors for partial unplugs etc.

Thanks Spoonz
.
Upon lifting the tank and checking the vac pipes ( that were all good ) I noticed that the adjuster lock nut had shaken loose. Re tighten, start the bike and all good.

Hi,
Can I ask what nut you're referring to? And what does it adjust? Cheers
