   [:(] when giving it some as soon as you roll off the throttle ,boom dead . cuts out rear locks up. press the starter off again , has done this 5 times in a 1200 mile period.around the 6000rpm limit.the first time i thought the engine was tight cause of new. nearly killed me last time under a lorry i was overtakin. car nearly hit me up the ass from behind, coasted to left verge with clutch in shocked.what if it had been wet,(f----ed). been to several dealers under warranty, can't find fault sir , well sacked off with it .had a mille for three years . exell.anyone got any idea. thanks.

	do a search on the 'apriliaforum.com' website. I remember someone posted a similar issue on there and turned out to be a vacuum pipe with a hole in or trapped. Frank

	Roly Had same with my Mille. Cut out maybe 3 times in a 2 or 3 month period. Back locked up etc. Nearly killed me. Found myself keeping the revs a bit too high, riding the clutch in slow corners, and generally compensating the ride. Doing my swede in. Dealer no help. Plenty of good ideas on here but nothing actually worked. Eventually I cut the blue wire on the chip against my dealers advice. The airbox mod had been done but the wire had been joined back together and shrink wrapped. Best thing I ever did. Never a problem again. Burns very clean. Could it be the same thing?
