Guys, any ideas about best way to remove bearings, tried blind puller but cannot get it below the bearing as no room between it and the spacer, also tried wallbolt / rawbolt and still no luck, cheers

On my forged rims there was a small notch on the inside of the bearing recess on the wheel hub itself. Use a long bar with a flat or rounded point on it. Tap the bearing from inside the wheel from the opposite side with a suitable mallet.
Pressed the new ones in with the old bearing and a socket though a press would be easier to press home with.

Have a look at this thread http://rsvr.net/i-modified-my-wheel-spacer_topic28724.html?KW= where, having gone through the same issue, I modified the spacer once I had finally got it out, as my Hondas have this as standard.

If you can get a dremmel or similar in to cut a notch, it will then come out with a drift.

All, many thanks although I managed to grind down a large screwdriver with a lip, and after heating up the bearing it came out quite easily. I would upload a pic of the screwdriver in case useful to others although I do not seem to have access to do that, cheers

I would strongly advocate notching the spacer before refitting to make future changes much easier.
