I was at the gym this morning when I found a hole in my trainer.
It was just the right size to put my finger in. Unfortunately, she's now made a formal complaint and my membership has been cancelled

Pain may last a day a week or a month, but eventually it will subside............ If I quit however, it lasts forever.
