Lambda sensor - size

So, I have a PCV in my desk drawer, and an AT-200 on the way, so I'll be needing to get the lambda sensor out. 
Away from home at the moment, so can't check the bike, as such;
What size socket do I need to order for the lambda sensor on a Gen2?

Also, I assume that the AT-200 wideband sensor is the same thread as the stock Aprilia sensor? (M18)
