Legal help! re imports

   Hi,
Eighteen months ago I bought an RSV Mille from a Honda dealer (traded in my old VTR). I paid top money and all was well until the 1st MOT; where (shock horror) I found out it was an import.  The dealer is resisting my claim for compensation for the lower residual value of the machine.  I'm gathering evidence that shows imports are worth less when you sell them, ready for the small claims court (if they won't listen to reason).  So far I have information from Bike, Bike Trader and some Trade & Industry reports.  What I'm looking for is any additional documented evidence, or general advice that may help my claim.
