Just wondering what cans are available for gen2 that will be ok for td's (other than standard). My gpr's are a bit too loud realy, seem to be ok on 105db days but anything lower and I'll be screwed.

I had Carbon Arrow cans. When the baffles are in they are Eu homologated noise wise and even come with a fold up certificate to show plod or track days etc.

Yup. Already on my watch list although really wanting a slightly cheaper pair. Dont mind minor damage as only for the track bike.

Sorry mate but any track day noise tester would just laugh at your certificate. It's testing on the day that counts.

Yeah i know they would test anyway but you know if they are homologated they are likely to pass most tests unless knackered.

+1 on that, my Ti Akras with killers hit just over 100, without killers 105-6 at MSV circuits. Silverstone testing is a bit random Steve, they don't adopt the ACU spec & lower the rev limit for twins, but even so I've never had a problem there (apart from a Blade I took for a shake down, 118db)

Just so happens I've dragged in an 04 Factory for breaking, got some sound but slightly scuffed SP Akras on it.......

Big smile
