Brake lever sleeve bit

   Long shot I know but does anyone have a spare brake or clutch lever pivot sleeve for an 04 > RSV.

The bit I need is the Stainless sleeve which connects the two parts of the lever together and which the main fixing pin goes through. Managed to lose one when I took my OEM levers off and now need to put back on.

Any help greatly appreciated.
