Im wanting a bit more grunt and as ive got 57mm TBs and piper x filter open twin cans and, a Dr rossi 2 chip what gains would I see out of a power comander and would it be worth buying one ? Would they be a persific one that would suit my bike the best ? Dont want to shell out for the big bore upgrade.

yes in a word it is wothrt it ...basically its hard to put a power figure on but a custom map,thats an invidual map for each cylinder will eek out every last bit of power and make it a lot smoother
may be worth changing chip for one with improved ignition tables as well

Is my chip not suitable ? What would the other chip benifit me with and what PC would I need as ive seen a pc III and a pc v ! It can get a bit confusing if your not up there with evey bit of knollage ;)

I'm also looking into the PC for my 08 RSVR.... the III's are older and cheaper, but I'm saving up for the 'V' as it's newer and is supposed to do more. easier to install as well apparently.... I was hoping to get my hands on one for the 7th of August, as Griff and team are setting up in my girlfriends back garden. Not looking likely now though, as I just can't get that cash together in time PC5 is the way forward if you can get the money. Personally, I would prefer to wait and go for the 5 instead of just getting a III :) |

is it a chip for 57's?
forza aprilia could do you a better chip i'm sure
ask Ed on here or his website i'd go for a chip first just to see the difference before you go pcv you may be surprised!!!!

Yeah the chip is for 57s open cans and aftermarket filter.
