Sure I have listed this previously, but can't find the ad.
Selling my Aprilia RSV Mille 2003. Ive owned this bike since the beginning of 2011 being the third owner from new and loved every minute of ownership. As you can see from the last two pics I had a few nice trick bits which I have now removed and put back to almost standard. The bike is regularly services and stands at 26k miles. Excellent tyres wth loads of life left on them. I fitted Gen 2 mirrors to integrate the indicators as well as the integrated led back light, I have also fitted an uprated clutch slave cylinder, and left the shorty levers on, replaced chain and sprockets and not used much since they were fitted,Im sure that theres more which I will update when it comes to me. I have pictured a couple grazes which are mainly to the decals, I had a slow 'gentle' off at caldwell park a couple of years ago. No major damage except decals, I have a set of standard silver 'ears' ill include as one of the carbon ones have a scuff. I had crash bungs and AP rear sets which Ive sold on to a forum member. I could talk about this bike for hours so any interested part feel free to message, request my number and Ill talk to you direct. Im selling because Im giving bikes up for the time being, I now have a Westfield. The deal was that the bikes had to go so Im now getting pressure to sell, hence the very reasonable price reduced from £2400 to £2,200 and will consider sensible offers. Houghton le Spring area. As I've just read today, prices appear to be rising so grab yourself a future classic ;) How it looked before I put it back to almost standard. |

Reducing the price to £2k ono
Im getting a bit sick of Ebay and time wasters. Ive had one scammer, one offer I accepted to be told he had bought something else, and stupid offers for £1200! |

I'm glad you think £1200 was a stupid offer. A couple of months ago I asked Wheels Mororcycles about trading in my beautiful 03 RSV on a new V4 Tuono 1100 Factory.
They offered me £1200 in part ex value (admittedly just over the phone, not having seen the bike but on the basis that it's condition was as good as I said) - with NO price movement from list price on the Touno. Needless to say, I didn't buy one. £1200 for my beautiful baby, that's a total insult and not what I expected from an Aprilia dealer. |
