No coolant in reservoir. when I looked in where radiator cap is no coolant. Now I know what problem is.
Do I need to flush and bleed system or can I top up with coolant.
Cheers.

I’ve never needed to bleed mine just top up, squeezed the hoses as I’m filling and started the engine and then the final top up.

How did this work out?
Hopefully it’s just a leak from a hose.

Update with issue. I today bled radiator and all that came out was less than a litre of coolant. So I flushed out with hose. Took top hose off behind expansion tank, took out bleed screws. Put all back filled with distilled water. Warmed up two fan cut in cycles. Let cool topped up went for spin. Temp at 73c highest 77c. No sign of leaks and no warning light. Hopefully sorted. Thank you all for advice and help.

Thank you for the update

Don’t forget you do need antifreeze/summer coolant added to the distilled water to ensure you don’t get corrosion in the system as well as the winter protection

Enjoy the riding
