You're a premium member, so, when you post, look for the green square on the top line of icons with the tree in it. Click on this and select your picture, then upload. It uses the forums server.
If you're replying to a thread, this icon isn't available on Quick Reply, so use Post Reply box on the left bottom corner of the message you want to reply to.
