   I received a brochure and letter from my local Ducati dealer inviting me to book a test ride on their demo 1299, whenever it's released.  They obviously don't know I'm about £20k short of the asking price but I may well take them up on the offer.

	I think I may be the only person in the world who doesn't like the Pantie gale. Don't much care for the styling, hate that stupid exhaust loop hanging out the back and when you sit on one with your feet on the ground the shock sticks into one knee and the clutch cover digs into the other. Dash is nice though and I'm sure it is an impressive machine but I wouldn't be spending my hard earned on it.
