Need more info really to give an opinion. It's never good to have unfiltered air but I doubt 2000k in a non dusty region would damage much.

Does it rev properly through the gears, is it an unrestricted model etc.

It's make fine wheelie in 1. and 2. and can run it to the limit in 3rd gear. But I can't run it out in 4rd.
and it die in 5. and 6.
It is build as a street fighter, so no big fairing. 200 km/t without fairings is no fun, so its posible it can go above, but it completely die about 200.

This is my first V2, so I dont know how it should run or not to.
there is no restriction in the airbox, it couldnt go above 200, without air filter.
It's pretty quick for 0-190 km/t, not as fast as my old bike -Honda cbr1000rr 08, but still.

I would check the cables open the throttle bodies fully. If they do, at a guess i would say you have fueling issues.

Possibly low fuel pressure from a split hose in the tank or the filter is blocked etc or maybe even the fuel pressure regulator. Starving the engine of enough fuel to run at full power. That assumes the engine is healthy generally.

Certainly i would start with checking the fuel system if it runs fine in general.
