Just seeing if there's any interest on here.

I've a 2006 registered, 05 model, RSVR available. It's a standard road bike with 14000 warranted miles, MOT until September 2016. This is the transitional model with Showa forks, radial brakes, Sachs shock, Brembo wheels. Picture below is an archive one to give you an idea.

Mechanically and chassis wise excellent, starts/runs/rides fine, no damage to frame/forks/wheels etc. Nearly new tyres, fresh oil/filters & brake fluid.
It was recorded Cat C late last year. The owner wired up a digital gear indicator directly to the battery with no fuse, it caught light & he dropped it (at a standstill). Fire was contained to the top fairing edge & mid panel top, plus the tank (area around where the gear indicator was mounted).

I've stripped off the damaged parts & cleaned it up, replaced the tank with a home sprayed one, switches that were charred, levers etc. It'll be fitted with a used black ARD race fairing. So basically a standard road bike with race fairing and crappy tank!

I'm thinking that at £2500 it'll not hang around long.

Any thoughts or interest?

Thumbs Up
