Biaggi's bike had a really bad rear chatter in qaulifying on the fast corner entries and i think it hampered him in both races.

The bike had the speed on the straights and mid/exit of corners but he was losing time on corner entry all race.

It showed potential though if Biaggi can keep his dummies in the pram long enough to iron out the bugs.

Agreed.  It was good to see him up there in the top 3 for most of race 2.  Pity he ruined race 1 by doing his usual, warm greeting of a new rider, (Spies).
Still, it promises to be a great year's racing.

Also nice to see Nitro Nori riding with his head in race 2 and going for the points rather than having a "BANZAI" moment and trying a last minute late braking  pass that would  be win it or bin it. Looks like Mr Tardozzi  has had words with my hero and the boy has listened, bloody good job too i've got  50 quid on him for overall series champBig smile

Haga was the favourite and i found the best internet prices on a site callled PaddyPower.

I bet £25 at 9:4 and got a free £25 bet at 9:4 for opening the account so  it should be a £113 profit, if he wins, but it's my last fling with Haga before I transfer my allegience to local lad Tom SykesWink

Great result in Quatar. Interesting  to see Biaggi  outdrag the Ducati easily , But lost out on exit speed on most corners to the ducati; It looks as though they have got issues with the suspension coping with the power on exits. Lets hope Biaggi doesnt do what he has done in the past; ie great starts to the season and then  he just drifts off to the latter of the top ten. Still good to see APRILIA on the podeum. More please. Jools
