Arrow end can = running problems

   Hi all,[?]
Just wondering if you have any ideas on this problem, i have just fitted a Arrow race can to a 1999 mille with the standard eprom and it is running very lumpy and once it up to running temperature and as soon as choke is off engine stalls, and when i fitted the Arrow eprom the engine would turn over but wont fire up, and you cant hear the fuel pump engaging.

ps dash is showing flashing EFI
