Last time I rode my RSV it suddenly decided it wouldn't run at under 3000 rpm which made getting home on narrow Cornish lanes a bit of an experience.
Where to start...a memory came back to my of my old Ford Escort van (ask your Grand-dad) which did pretty much the same thing back in the mid 1980s Cured, with a new set of HT leads. Well, history repeats itself. fixed it.
