Aprilia rsv Mille r dash factory reset

   I have a newly acquired 2005 RSV Mille R the problem is the dash no matter how many times I set it to how I want it when I turn the ignition off it goes back to the factory settings when I turn the ignition on. If someone could point me in the right direction to sorting this out I would much appreciate it. Thanks Mike

	There is no internal battery in the dash to store time etc so either your missing a permanent 12v feed to the dash ( some are switched ) or the dash has an internal fault.
