Brackets are for the gen2 water rad.
They screw to the gen2 engine mounts.

So I need to replicate the gen2 engine mount in 1-1.5mm so it'll look close to o.e as can

Great stuff. Shame about the sprag but easy fix.
Bet ya looking forward to a long blast.

So I've done a few bits

Engine refitted
Gen 2 radiator fitted
Gen 2 oil coolers fitted
Water pipes almost fitted
1 oil pipe left to fit

Radiator is very close to the bottom of air ducts so may need a slight trim

Coil covers I recon I can still retain with a bit of modification but maybe need to be a bit creative with left side cos of water pipe.

Dug my parcel out from the states again and unwrapped the arrow headers.
So while at it fitted the front downpipe loosely.

been working out if im going to keep gen1 oil tank or go gen2 aswell

i can make it work but think the gen2 will keep the cleaness

Header filler is different to gen1 so just got my head round that

Gen2 57's mounted & cables attached
Going to swap connectors permanently so its nice & tidy &  fitted the gen2  pcIII
nearly all electrics reconnected.
just working on installing johns cables

so bit by bit coming together

Gen2 Water run all sorted now
Just to decide which coolant bottle i'm going to use

Waiting for my oil tank to arrive from the states

Picked up some Carbon coil covers which has a small crack but my mate whos been sorting my carbon bits recently is going to repair, polish and re laquer

Getting my nearly new radials refitted with the ssk piston kit out my other forks & new racetech springs fitted soon.

Picked up some new Calipers and after seeing nickyboys venhill adapters going to go with them i think too

Getting there matey.

Done some more today
After a bit of head scratching all water pipes done.
Just need a straight hose connector.

Trial fitted oil tank.
Mount's great, just need to make a top bracket for it.

Coil for each cylinder in place and wiring ready to bridge together.

Gen2 power commander run and in place.

That's the water system complete

John's cabling installed

Modified coil wiring soldered
Gen2 injector plugs soldered in
Oil cooler guards installed

Just started modding the rad air channel guides to fit.
And started trimming the carbon coil covers to fit round the new water pipes.

Quickly fitted rear downpipe to check clearance.
Got loads of room shock side.
Swingarm side it's rather tight which I knew could be the case.
Now to work out if I can get it bent on a machine to give me the clearance or cut and rewarded.
There's an exhaust fabricator just round corner from me so I'll go have a chat see what they recon.
