It's the annual Calne bike meet up for anyone and everyone on two wheels. For anyone interested in visiting for a look around, it's on at Calne, Wiltshire next Saturday. I'll probably be there on the Eddy with Gordy. Any other forum guys attending?

I would be as I live there!
But I am off for our family holiday that day. Should be great if you go, lots of bikes,food bands etc. good camping if required. Enjoy it. I saw one aprilia there last year. A silver gen1 and that was all. |

Probably Dursley - Wotton- Yate (ish) - Calne. Last year I think we came back via Royal Wootton Basset, Malmesbury, Tetbury. Good run.

Great day out with Mase and Gordy. Calne bike event was packed, way busier thasn previous years we reckoned and baking hot.
Loads of interest, especially some "interesting" chops and some stunning vintage Nortons and BSAs which for me were the stars of the show. Saw a few Aprilias...red/rblack RSV mille parked outside the chipshop by the Arcade, and near to it a couple of white Gen 2 'prilias. Here's a few selected shots showing the weird and whacky including a 6 Cyl turbocharged CBX thou and some imaginative chops and trikes...916 Duke was from the Sammy Miller museum and lovely thing too:     The show attracted all sorts.
